Contagious is my first solo CD. It features tracks written as far back as 1996 (Gravity) and is like a greatest hits of songs I have written and performed with different bands over the years that never saw the light of day! Band tracks were laid down at Love Hurtz Studio with my Neville’s buddy Mark Marriott on the skins and Matt Fell on bass.

Half the tracks were mixed by Matt Fell and the other half by the awesome Lindsay Rimes at Songrimes studio. I was glad to finally get this one out after such a long period of writing & focusing on everybody else’s projects!
We signed a distribution deal with MGM and got this EP into the shops. New Years resolution got a bit airplay on MMM and we made an hilarious video for "Jonny likes your sister". We had a ball doing this EP and the gigs that followed. The band consisted of Tim Hagan on Bass and my old great buddy Steve Piper (R.I.P) from the Home & Away Band

We had a ball doing this EP and the gigs that followed. The band consisted of Tim Hagan on Bass and my old great buddy Steve Piper (R.I.P) from the Home & Away Band & Rock Palace on drums. Again a lot of this was recorded at home except for the bed tracks which were done at Damian Gerard Studios. I mixed it myself and must say it came up pretty good. Craig Thomson has recently released a great roots rock record called "Long Way Home". Check it out.
Recorded at my home studio in 1999. Craig Thomson & I were inspired to put a Cock Rock band together as a reaction to the limp music of the time. This offering has programmed drums so may lack the punch I was after but regardless the Vocals and Guitars kick ASS. Enjoy
Another massive project. I met the Montana kids in L.A when I was there with Jon Stevens. They played the Whiskey a go go and other cool joints and asked me to join the band when we got home to Sydney. We hooked up with producer John Haeny (The Doors, Jackson Brown) and went into pre production for almost a year then into Velvet Sound, Festival

I look back on this period with great fondness and learnt so much working with the masters. I dont own the copyright to this stuff so will only put a couple of tracks on here for streaming. Paul Scott was definitely the chief songwriter and all round champion of Montana.
I haven't spoke to Jon in a while so I hope he doesnt kill me for doing this but Im proud to have worked with Jon and played in his band in L.A. Best of all he actually recorded a couple of my songs and we did a bit of writing together. He's truly one of the Australia's best singers and a top bloke. MAKE A ROCK ALBUM JON PLEASE PLEASE!!
